As an Operations Associate, you play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by performing essential operational functions within the store. This is an early morning position, where you will collaborate with your team to ensure the store is fully prepared before opening.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service – Navigate the store efficiently while handling merchandise, but always be ready to assist customers. When they ask for help, you’re the person they want to talk to.
Pricing and Signing – Accurately and efficiently update ticket prices and signage across the store.
Replenish and Restock – Support sales floor associates by preparing and delivering merchandise, ensuring customers have access to the styles and sizes they want.
Receiving and Unloading Merchandise – Work with team members to unload shipments and organize merchandise in the backroom.
Backroom Standards – Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
Omnichannel Support – Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, shipping online orders, and merchandise receiving.
Merchandise Strategy – Execute leadership’s merchandise placement plans with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining high merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
Learning and Development – Continuously learn from peers and training materials about merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other operational processes.
