Cashier

As a Cashier, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service and sales experience, maintaining checkout standards, supporting general store operations, and upholding performance expectations related to safety, shrink, and role-specific metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service at all times.
• Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently.
• Collaborate with team members when additional support is needed.
• Engage customers enthusiastically, resolving issues and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
• Promote Findmore and other programs that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Checkout Standards

• Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing.
• Ensure checkout areas meet signing and merchandising standards; stock and maintain Impulse Fixtures.
• Proactively request support when needed to manage checkout lines.
• Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management.

General Operations

• Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed.
• Support store recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance.
• Participate in annual inventory processes.
• 
  

Performance Standards

• Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
• Consistently meet established performance standards, including iCAP metrics, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
