As a Cashier, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service and sales experience, maintaining checkout standards, supporting general store operations, and upholding performance expectations related to safety, shrink, and role-specific metrics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service at all times.
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently.
- Collaborate with team members when additional support is needed.
- Engage customers enthusiastically, resolving issues and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
- Promote Findmore and other programs that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Checkout Standards
- Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing.
- Ensure checkout areas meet signing and merchandising standards; stock and maintain Impulse Fixtures.
- Proactively request support when needed to manage checkout lines.
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management.
General Operations
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed.
- Support store recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance.
- Participate in annual inventory processes.
Performance Standards
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
- Consistently meet established performance standards, including iCAP metrics, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
